This Lore recognizes the impasse that procrastination creates and gives you a number of effective tools to get your engine going.

The first such tool is known as the “as if” frame. There are three different ways to play it.

Next, you choose and apply any one of the Action Complex techniques.

“Daction” stands for Directions Plus Action. It rests on the premise that you can give orders and directives to yourself in segmented, step-by-step fashion that you will be able to easily obey since you have been conditioned to follow orders all your life, from parents, teachers, employers, etc.

“Vaction” stands for Visualization Plus Action. It is the counterpart of Daction but focuses on visualizing the next segmented step.

“Baction” stands for Breathing Plus Action. Choose from seven different types of breathing, all of them designed to oxygenate and energize prior to action.

“Laction” stands for Light-Up Mode Plus Action. It deals with the installation, care, and feeding of auditory internal anchors you can install to spur you to effort.

“Maction” stands for Meditation Plus Action. The three types of meditation you will be exposed to are all of the fast variety – mantra med, breathing med, and moving med. The objective is elimination of extraneous thought in order to focus more effectively on the task at hand.

Improve Cover

“Saction” stands for Suggestion Plus action. You learn how to take advantage of the natural alpha state you are in at various times of the day and night. In addition, you will be introduced to two other methods of reaching your subconscious – finger levitation and graphotherapy.
