Preventive maintenance can help you balance your body and mind before a problem or situation flares into symptoms requiring outside intervention.

The vocabulary of well-being revolves around three words - "Cope-A-Thon", "stasis", and "restorative fill".
“Cope-A-Thon” is the method used. It is a short session you run as often as necessary to determine and correct any problems that have thrown you out of kilter, be they physical, mental, or related to health, family, social, money, or work.
”Stasis” means balance. In the East, they talk about Yin and Yang. It is the same thing. If you do not make an effort to stay balanced, you open yourself up to all manner of disease and other negatives.
“Restorative Fill” is the prescription you write from the vast array of tools, tactics, and techniques contained in the Manual in an attempt to solve each problem or situation that surfaces during a session.
In addition, you will discover that you have access, without incurring charges, to the best consulting advice you can possibly get, provided you know how to establish contact with your inner physician or psychologist or guidance counselor or financial advisor or any other guide you need.
The nice thing about the process is that the sessions form a continuum. Any problem not solved at the first encounter can be left to simmer on the back burner until a solution is revealed in a subsequent session.
The procedure for running your Cope-A-Thon is set forth in the Manual. You are shown how to identify the problem, analyze the parameters, select the combination most likely to succeed, validate the proposed solution two different ways, and then implement the strategy.
